ManoIQ Terms of Service
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms govern use of the ManoIQ software and website provided by ManoIQ ("ManoIQ"). By using ManoIQ you agree to them.
- The service. ManoIQ is business management software for contractors. The service is currently offered as a beta: features may change, and it may be unavailable at times.
- Accounts. Companies are responsible for the people they invite, for keeping sign-in details private, and for the accuracy of what they enter. You must be authorized to bind your company.
- Your data. You own the business records you put into ManoIQ. You allow ManoIQ to store and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sending email. If you connect a mailbox or turn on automatic follow-ups, you are responsible for having the right to contact each recipient, for the content of the emails, and for following the laws that apply to email communications in your area (for example the CAN-SPAM Act). ManoIQ includes an unsubscribe link and honours opt-outs, but you remain responsible for your messages.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use; no attempts to break, probe or overload the service or reach another company's data; no spam.
- Payments. Paid features, if any, are billed as shown at purchase. Payments are handled by a payment provider; ManoIQ does not store full card numbers.
- No warranty, limited liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. ManoIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
- Ending. You may stop using ManoIQ at any time. ManoIQ may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment.
- Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after notice means you accept the update.
- Contact and governing law. ManoIQ, 1012 W. Eldorado Pkwy., Suite 16, Little Elm, TX 75068, manoiq2026@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
